Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese

Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese
 

This was a very easy recipe and it turned out pretty tasty.  The only suggestion I have is to eat it right away because, as it sits, it gets a "cottage cheese" texture.  It tastes the same, but it feels a little weird in your mouth.  :)

Ingredients:
8 oz. macaroni noodles (cooked, rinsed & drained)
2 tsp. olive oil
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4/ tsp. ground black pepper
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 squirt spicy brown mustard
